The Post Graduate Program in Development Management (PGP-DM) is ISDM's flagship 11 months program to create a cadre of young management professionals for the social sector.
The social sector needs leaders and managers with the ability to design sustainable interventions to create impact at scale. The PGP-DM equips a student to value diversity, develop universal human values and demonstrate professional management skills and knowledge to handle the complexity and challenges of the social sector.
The curriculum of the PGP-DM covers 29 courses in a span of approximately 49 weeks. The key highlights of the curriculum are:
