Dr. Garima Sharma has over 12 years of rich experience in the social development sector, across thematic areas of SHGs, Micro-credit, and Micro-financing.
Over the years, she has successfully implemented projects for organisations such as UNDP, NABARD, and Rastriya Mahila Kosh (Ministry of Women and Child Development). She has taught in her own college at Delhi University and at the School of Continuing Education, IGNOU where she developed a Diploma program in Event Management and a MOOC named ‘Communication and Extension for Sustainable Development.’
Garima has a PhD in Interdisciplinary and Transdisciplinary Studies from IGNOU. She also has a Masters in Community Resource Management and Extension from Delhi University, and is NET qualified.
In her spare time, Dr. Sharma loves listening to old music, cooking and enjoys watching scenic beauty.
