Lariba Ashifaq is an author and editor who has managed to successfully blend together her passion for English literature and Journalism. As a writer, she has more than 60 articles on a diverse range of topics ranging from travel, sports to music for DUExpress. She also donned the role of a designer for the children’s magazine, Chispay Nyugu for Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council (LAHDC). As an entrepreneur, Lariba is the founder of WIDE, an innovative educational venture in Leh. She has collaborated with ATREE and Ladakh Arts & Media Organization to continue her work in the fields of education and community service. She was also a visiting faculty at the Winter Bridging Program of SAVE CHANGTHANG in Leh, Ladakh. Lariba is interested in revolutionizing India's education and policy landscape. Her personal interests include writing and dancing.
