HSBC India supported the continuance of a high-quality Post Graduate Program in Development Management (PGP – DM) at the time of COVID – 19. HSBC India continued to support the PGP - DM post the pandemic as well as a part of their ‘Future Skills’ initiatives. The partnership with HSBC India has enormously strengthened the PGP - DM by providing consistent support and contributed substantially to the pool of management talent for the social sector.
Citi as one of their 'Leadership for Tomorrow' initiatives invested in our core areas of work – nurturing talent (Post Graduate Program in Development Management), knowledge creation (Global Knowledge Hub) and capacity-building (Strategic Capacity Building programs). We've also got their support for two new Centres Of Excellence (CoE) - the Centre for Innovative Finance and Social Impact (CIFSI) & Centre for Data Science and Social Impact (CDSSI). These are star additions to our Knowledge work that would go a long way in making ISDM a thought leader in the field of Development Management.

For a Social Purpose Organisation (SPO) to deliver impact at scale the future composition of the workforce for the social sector must change to include Development Managers. To bridge this gap, IndusInd Bank has partnered with ISDM to support its Post Graduate Program in Development Management (PGP – DM), aimed at creating empowered development leaders and enabling deserving students to pursue the program without being deterred by financial constraints. IndusInd Bank's interest and investment in the program aligns with their broader CSR objective focused on fostering quality education in India and further contributing to the SDG 4 on Quality Education.

Capgemini India is partnering with ISDM to develop a first of its kind Knowledge Institute (KI) for the Social Sector. The KI will disseminate knowledge assets on Development Management and SDGs in a freely available and easily accessible manner to aid research and better decision making in the sector.
