Shelly has close to 10 years of experience to her role in HR and/or People Management. Her focus areas being HR Operations, Learning & Development and HR Analytics. Shelly has previously been a part of organisations such as Alstom, WSP, COWI, and Hexagon Geosystems. She has worked both with operations in India and the Middle East. Shelly has a proven record of being instrumental in building several people centric policies, processes, and practices. She has also created SoPs and guidelines as part of her roles. Shelly has a Bachelor’s in Commerce with Accounts (Honours) and a Master’s in Human Resources/Industrial Relations from Xavier Institute of Social Service (XISS), Ranchi. Her personal interests include travelling, singing, swimming and reading non-fictional. She was a national level handball and basketball player.
